Oatless Oatmeal

Read on...

1 cup unsweetened almond or other vegan milk

½ cup hemp seeds

1 TBS flax meal

1 TBS chia seeds

1 TBS coconut flakes (I like the big ones are better)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp or to taste Lakanta monk fruit sweetener powder


Combine all of the ingredients in a small pot, stir well, bring to a simmer until thickened as you like, keep stirring occasionally. Serve and garnish with fresh or frozen berries and nuts or other toppings as you desire.
