In a bowl mix together the following:
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Freshly ground flax seeds about 1tbsp
Slightly sweetened cacao nibs 1tbsp
1 banana soft chopped up or 1 avocado chopped up (make it more keto friendly with the avocado)
Nuts and seeds as you desire – pecan, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, chia, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds… etc. (keep in mind you can use so much it doesn’t really mix up well… I usually keep a large mason jar on hand that is a mix of the above choices and take 2-3 tablespoons and add to this.
Protein powder of your choice… I like either Optipro Chocolate or Vega Chocolate
Nut milk of your choice
Cinnamon and vanilla flavoring
If you are not watching your carbs you can add a tsp or so of maple syrup for flavoring
Mix well with a mixer or spoon.
Its quick, its fast, its healthy and its pretty yummy for a quick breakfast… or anytime for that matter.
