Small handful of ice cubes.
1 frozen banana.
1 tbsp Maple syrup, brown sugar, or Stevia to taste.
1/4 cup old fashioned oats.
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
1 cup almond (or other) milk of choice.
1/3 cup Vanilla Kite Hill non-dairy Greek yogurt.
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
