Rosemary Matcha Latte

2 cups vanilla flavored almond mylk or other nut or seed mylk… I love the macadamia with this!

1 TBSP Honey, maple syrup, or other sweetener

2 tsp almond extract

1 sprig rosemary

In a small pot over medium heat whisk together the almond mylk, honey, matcha and almond extract. Once it is nice and steamy you will remove it from the heat and add the sprig of rosemary. Let this steep with the rosemary for about 5-10 minutes then remove from the pot. 

You can also use lavender, rose hips, cardamom, cinnamon stick, thyme, or get really creative and make a maca and medicinal mushroom powder latte!
