Two large handfuls of loose spinach (about 4 cups or more) or other greens (such as baby kale, swiss chard, romaine, any kind of baby greens are usually good except arugula… the flavors too strong.)
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder Standard Process or Mercola
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 packet stevia
¾ or more fresh homemade almond milk
Blend in vitamix till smooth, adding more milk if needed to desired consistency.
