At TheFork Functional Medicine we are a clinic specializing in FUNCTIONAL and ANTI-AGING MEDICINE and AESTHETICS. Our providers are committed to helping you achieve your highest best inside and out.

WELLNESS: Chyrl has a passion for functional medicine and started this clinic to meet the needs of people suffering from conditions that keep them from living their best life.  Chyrl  is committed to root cause medicine and helping people change their lives through a personalized approach to their health.

From a wellness perspective our niche is seeing patients with hormone, thyroid, weight loss, gastrointestinal concerns, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.  Autoimmunity and inflammatory conditions, weight issues, hormone imbalance and thyroid dysfunction often go hand in hand. I tell patients all the time, “it's never one thing”. The body is a group of complex biological systems working together and interconnected. When one thing is off, it will cascade over into other systems and create a multitude of accompanying issues.  One system affects all the others.  

We work with women to manage hormone imbalance with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and to restore optimal function of the thyroid in those with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Graves disease, and Hashimoto’s.  

We address autoimmunity and inflammatory conditions daily at the clinic. Whether alone or in the company of other co-conditions, autoimmunity, adds a higher level of complexity and requires careful assessment and treatment to see improvements. We feel this requires a special kind of focus.  

We have a very exciting peptide practice treating a wide variety of situations. Our peptide weight loss program is very successful and unlike other weight loss programs we offer a very comprehensive approach to weight loss that addresses more than just the weight. Obesity and resistance to weight loss is typically a symptom of other conditions or dysfunction in the body and requires a holistic and comprehensive approach with a solid long term plan for success.

AESTHETICS:

Our health and wellness approach includes implementation of the overall aesthetic that allows you to feel excited about who you are and the body you live in. In order to achieve this we want to help you find that balance.
‍Aesthetics treatments are implemented after a consultation to determine the best course of action. These include the use of proper skincare, peptides, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers and energy based devices, and very soon PRP, PRF, and Stem Cells for facial rejuvenation and restoration.

Our use of combined therapies marrying wellness with medical aesthetics sets us apart from other providers.

At The Fork we specialize in personalized health care, integrative and alternative medicine with appointments lasting anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the patient's needs and the time it takes to get to the root of a patient’s physical discomfort or health challenges.
